Full, executive and passport report: differences

The server projects each edition's fields; they aren't hidden with styling.

1. Full confidential: for you and your organization, with findings, sources and credit terms.
2. Shareable executive: summary and approved fields; no internal notes or non-redistributable sources.
3. Passport: identity, granted level, status and validity; never the numeric score.
4. Internal print: the full edition, marked as internal copy.
