Privacy center: purposes and your rights

Each optional use is turned on with your yes and can be withdrawn.

1. Providing the service is necessary and explained; optional uses (AI, analysis, aggregates, marketing) start off.
2. Download my data produces a file with your personal data.
3. If you administer your organization, «Export organization file» downloads a ZIP with its data (profile, members, evidence with its files, reports, research, membership, balance, requests and audit log) in JSON and CSV, without other organizations' data; it is logged and administrators are notified. It doesn't replace a request to access your personal data.
4. Delete my data closes sessions and channels; a person reviews it and explains what the law requires keeping.
5. Closing my user account, leaving my organization and closing the organization (only its administrator) are separate requests: you confirm by typing a word and a person resolves them. Canceling a plan's renewal is something else and lives in Membership.
6. Withdrawing a permission blocks future uses; it doesn't erase copies already downloaded.
7. Without the “Send data to an AI provider” permission nothing of yours goes to a model: research asks for it before starting and JARVIS explanations in the app come from the system itself.
