Monitoring and decisions before operating
Review identity, pending items, comparison and fit; continue to AgroMarket with your need.
- Under Opportunities, open ‘Monitoring and decisions’. Authorized company profiles also offer it under ‘Before operating’.
- Under ‘Review company’, select a saved counterparty, activity and need. Enter the legal name, identifiers, domain and signer you were given. Unknown does not mean non-compliant.
- ‘Enable monitoring’ shows sources and requests authorization: GLEIF and FMCSA every 24 h, public website every 168 h, authorized documentation every 6 h. Failures preserve the last successful check and display ‘Could not update’. SAT, FDA FFR, credit and private data are not connected.
- Monitoring shows source, date and action since your last review. ‘Mark reviewed’ starts the next period; ‘Stop monitoring’ withdraws recurring checks.
- Readiness shows checked items and documents to request by activity. Certificates must cover site, product and period; membership changes neither evidence nor score. ‘Prepare document request’ leaves text to review and request with permission.
- Under Compare, select 3 to 5 saved companies. Differences cover activity, coverage, documentation, authorized references and sources; they are not a rating.
- Commercial fit checks saved companies against your stated need. Season, volume and requirements stay unknown without available evidence.
- ‘Prepare my need’ opens your role’s prefilled draft. Continuing preserves counterparty and need. Open the link explicitly and confirm the operation in AgroMarket.
- Return to ‘Operations’ and select ‘Refresh status’ to query the actual AgroMarket reference and status. A handoff receipt without an available record is not presented as a sale or checked operation.
