My Network: you and your affiliations

With People on, My Network has a “Me” tab: your name, role and language are yours, not the company's. You can declare which companies you belong to; the company accredits or declines it, and accrediting grants no permissions.

1. Open My Network → Me. Enter your name, your role or specialty and your preferred language. No emails or phones: contact is shared inside gO AgroMarket.
2. In “Your affiliations” you see the company your account is linked to (accredited, “account link”) and the ones you declare. To declare another, search the exact legal name, pick your role (member or administrator) and an optional note.
3. The company gets a notice and accredits or declines the declaration from its own Me tab. An accredited affiliation grants you no permissions in that company, opens no documents and does not establish representation (a document, DOC-06, does).
4. You can leave a declared company whenever you want; your person and history are kept. The company your account is linked to is managed in Team, as always.
